Returns & Exchanges

All items are carefully inspected, handled with the upmost TLC before packaging and send off. However, once it is dropped off for delivery it will no longer be in our control. 

1. No refunds.

2. Exchanges.
If you receive your items with discrepancies, not related to postal handling, please reach out to us upon receipt or within 7 days. Provide photos and we may be able to offer you an exchange for the same item or store credit (Custom designs not included). Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to receive an exchange or store credit.    

Exceptions for an exchange: (Within 7-14 days of receipt)

- Clasp not working 

- Diamond, crystal, or pearl not in tact. 

- Chains undone

- Other discrepancies

3. In Person
Exchange can be done in person if you live in the area. (Please send an email within 7 days of receipt)
